Full skirted

Frayed edges, exposed hems, exposed zippers. This is the trend of recent day.

Today I am wearing a great skirt that I have had for a few years already and still love it.

A black, Ben Sherman, sort of 50s skirt. Made of cotton, it is full, long and black. The hem is raw edges and the skirt is panels with raw seems and a gold thread running down each of those seams.

I never tire of this skirt.

The best thing is that it was a great find at the time in Filene's Basement. Never underestimate the power of shopping at discount.
