Is it possible that Fort Point, The Seaport- The Fish Pier, Liberty Wharf , Fan Pier to Bank of America Pavilion along Congress, A South, Summer Streets and Northern Ave. is really going to become the fashion and cultural mecca of Boston?

I hope Debi Greenberg is right on, she now has moved the ever famous Louis down to the Waterfront into a 25K square foot center of Fan Pier along Fort Point Channel. She joined the new ICA so something must be cooking out there.
